Scouts Fraserburgh are recruiting for Adult Assistants and Leaders to support each of our sections
Our adult volunteers get just as much from Scouting as young people. As well as helping young people to enjoy the adventure of Scouting, you also get the opportunity to try a whole range of different activities and new experiences. We can also help you develop your current skills and learn new ones. Volunteering in Scouting can enhance your CV or simply allow you to pursue your interest in a specific hobby.
You don’t need to have had previous experience in Scouting, just energy and enthusiasm. All of our adult volunteers receive full induction and ongoing training and support. We offer flexible working patterns, so you can do as much or as little as you want. Offering to help a few nights a year would be a fantastic help to the group.
Our group currently has a shortfall of volunteers with several of our leaders performing multiple roles across the age groups. Our group is fully gender inclusive and we are looking for Male and Female volunteers for:
o Ages 5 ¾ – 8

o Assistant Beaver Scout Leader
o Adult Helper
o Ages 8 – 10 ½
o Positions Available
o Assistant Cub Scout Leader
o Adult Helper
o Ages 10 ½ – 14
o Positions Available
o Assistant Scout Leader
o Adult Helper
o Positions Available
o Quartermaster (Equipment)
o Minibus Controller
o Group Active Support
o Support activities, camps etc
